Nominations
To nominate someone for the Young Women Leaders Award, click on the Nomination button below. You will need to have Adobe Reader installed on your computer in order to open the nomination form.
Type in all the information requested and click the Submit button on the bottom of the form. If you have not done so, please inform the nominee of your intentions and ask that she complete the application. Direct her to this site, where she can submit the application electronically.
The form can be printed and completed with a typewriter. If you wish to mail the form, address it to Young Women Leaders Award, at the address in the panel to the left of this window. Should you have any problem opening the form, you may call 223-3446 and we will send you one.
Applications
We encourage applications from young women, who believe they meet our criteria for the award. To apply, click on the Application button below. Type in the requested information and click the Submit button on the bottom of the two page form.
If you have not been nominated for the award, you will need two ask two people to submit letters of support. A letter of support is the same as the nomination form above. Just direct them to this site, where they can make their nomination, or print a copy of the Nomination form and send it to them.
If you have already been nominated, you will need to ask one other person to submit a letter of support.
To be considered, all nominations and applications must be received by 12:00 midnight March 9.
